Superfoods for weight loss?

The term  'superfoods' refers to various food items that provide a lot of vital bodily nutrients, including berries, fatty fish, greens, legumes and nuts. Superfoods are generally low in fat and cholesterol.
 All leafy greens are superfoods because of their high fiber and vitamin content.
 Most berries, specifically blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries, are considered superfoods because they are high in antioxidants, vitamin C and potassium.
Not only are superfoods great for your health, but there have been studies conducted showing it helped in weight loss. 
Listed below are a few examples of slimming superfoods that help in weight loss, high energy and hunger free:

Eggs obliterate hunger for they are nutrient packed more filling than meat.


Sesame seeds are top source of arginine, amino acid that helps resist flab.



Grapefruit contains the acids and nutrients that reduce production of fat storage hormones.


Beans contain a nutrient called resistant starch a type of fiber that ferments in our digestive tract and helps control hunger.


Apples contains pectin, a thickener fiber that keeps food in your system longer.

Imagine a superfood -- not a drug -- powerful enough to help you lower your cholesterol, reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer,  put you in a better mood and help you lose weight.

Soda & Diet Soda What the commercials do not tell you

All disease thrive in an acidic environment. The active ingredients in cola beverages is phosphoric acid and carbonic acid which create a PH of 2.8 or another way to look at it as a nice rust cleaning agent.
It will take 32 ounces of water at 7.0 PH to neutralize one glass of soda.
Diet soda is an illusion. The diet soda you consume sends a message to the body it is starving because of the empty calories. Your body then believes it is starving, so it holds onto calories and converts more to fat to compensate.
Want to gain more weight?  Drink diet soda.
Now the frightening insight of diet soda. Your body must remain at 7.4 PH or you will die in a few minutes. So you ask why diet soda drinkers do not die if this soda creates a PH of 2.8?  Well, the body has the ability to create balance by leaching calcium from the bones and teeth. Calcium is alkaline, therefore taking from the teeth and bones it helps to correct an overly acidic condition in the blood stream.
Before you take that nice drink of soda, why not do more research on your own to understand what commercials are not telling you about soda and diet soda.
  Somewhere down the road, the price you pay for that soda can or bottle is really creating a nice medical bill for you to pay in your future.
